HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If you receive a damaged/faulty item, or if you are in any way unhappy with our products, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
To return an item please contact us at support@BlauKe.com with your order details and proof of purchase. We will then send you an authorization number and a return mailing label.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (New and Unused).
Buyers are responsible responsible for the return shipping cost.
