If you wish to return an item, you must contact us to receive an authorization number. To arrange your return, please contact us by email at support@blauKe.com.
In many cases, you will also be able to return the product from your Amazon account if you have one. We will provide instructions for that, once you notify us of the return.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products sold by blauKe, you can return them within 30 days from the date you receive it.
We can only offer a refund if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging with the labels intact. It must be in a sellable condition.
If your item is faulty and it is not related to misuse, we will refund or replace the ordered products, and cover the costs associated with the return.
We usually process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item and in no case longer than 30 days.
Standard delivery takes between 3 and 7 days, Excludes weekends and bank holidays. Same-Day & Next-Day delivery is available for a fee or free for Amazon Prime Members.
Delivery costs vary due to items' weight, dimensions, and price. Standard delivery is usually free to all UK and US mainland addresses for orders over £20 or $20. For all orders, we will provide you with the exact cost before checking out.
We deliver to all addresses in the following countries: USA, UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, Amazon will dispatch your item within 1-3 days. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you will not be charged any additional delivery fees.
Larger items such as furniture may also be delivered in two separate deliveries due to the size of the boxes.
If there is nobody home when the courier arrives, they will leave the parcel in a safe place and leave a calling card stating where it was left.
If they do not feel there is a safe place they will either leave it with a neighbor or they will take the parcel back to the depot. A calling card should be left either way.

Some items are sent via local postal services and cannot be tracked. Please allow 7 working days before contacting us.
