How do I return an item?

To return an item please contact us at support@BlauKe.com with your order details and proof of purchase. We will then send you an authorization number and a return mailing label.

How long do I have to return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 30 days from the date you receive it.

Can I receive a refund for my return?

We can only offer a refund if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging with the labels intact. It must be in a sellable condition.

Used, or customer damaged items, do not qualify for a refund.

What if the item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item is faulty and it is not related to misuse, we will refund or replace the ordered products, and cover the costs associated with the return.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

We usually process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item and in no case longer than 30 days.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery takes between 3 and 5 business days, Excludes weekends and bank holidays. Expedited Delivery takes 2-3 business days depending on the time of the order, Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is FREE for all orders.

Expedited Delivery is $5.99 for all orders below $99.99. It's FREE for all orders above $100.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only within the continental United States.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, we will dispatch your item within 1-2 days. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

What time will the courier deliver my item?

Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you will not be charged any additional delivery fees.

Larger items such as furniture may also be delivered in two separate deliveries due to the size of the boxes.

What if I am not at home to accept delivery?

If there is nobody home when the courier arrives, they will leave the parcel in a safe place and leave a calling card stating where it was left.

If they do not feel there is a safe place they will either leave it with a neighbor or they will take the parcel back to the depot. A calling card should be left either way.

How can I track my order?

We will email you the tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Some items are sent via local postal services and cannot be tracked. Please allow 7 working days before contacting us.
