How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us to receive an authorization number. To arrange your return, please contact us by email at support@blauKe.com. In many cases, you will also be able to return the product from your Amazon account if you have one. We will provide instructions for that, once you notify us of the return.

Will I have to pay to return an item?

Yes, you will be responsible for paying the costs associated with the return unless the goods are faulty.

We will provide you the return delivery cost once we process your return notification. In most cases, Amazon fulfills our orders, so you can see here how they charge for returns shipping costs.

    How long do I have to return an item?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with products sold by blauKe, you can return them within 30 days from the date you receive it.

    Can I receive a refund for my return?

    We can only offer a refund if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging, with the labels intact. It must be in a sellable condition.

    What if the item is damaged or faulty?

    If your item is faulty and it is not related to misuse, we will refund or replace the ordered products, and cover the costs associated with the return.

    How long will it take to receive a refund?

    We usually process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item but in no case longer than 30 days.
