How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us to receive an authorization number and return shipping label. To arrange your return, please contact us by email at support@BlauKe.com.

Will I have to pay to return an item?

Yes, the customer is responsible for paying the costs associated with the return unless the goods received are faulty.

    How long do I have to return an item?

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with products sold by BlauKe®, you can return them within 30 days from the date you receive it.

    Can I receive a refund for my return?

    Of course! Please note that we can only offer refunds if the items are unused and returned in their original packaging, with the labels intact. Items must be in a sellable condition.

    What if the item is damaged or faulty?

    If you received a faulty/damaged item, we will refund or replace the ordered products, and cover the costs associated with the return.

    How long will it take to receive a refund?

    We usually process refunds within 1-2 days of receiving the returned item but in no case longer than 30 days.
