Orders and Pricing

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please email us at contact@blauke.com; we'll be in touch with next steps. You will need to provide your Resale Certificate with your application; otherwise, we will not be able to accept it. Your Resale Certificate will also allow us to not charge sales tax on your order.

Q: What is the minimum order value?
A: For first-time wholesale customers of BlauKe, the minimum order value is $600 / £600 / €600. We will send you an invoice for the total amount due, payable in full prior to the order being fulfilled.

Q: What are the discounted wholesale prices?
A: Prices vary depending on the quantity purchased. The higher the quantity, the larger the discount off the MSRP price, plus the cost of shipping to the address you provide.

Q: What is the minimum advertised price?
A: Reseller shall not market or sell any BlauKe product below the minimum advertised price ("MAP") set by BlauKe, as communicated to Reseller from time to time. Reseller may not offer specialized pricing, such as "Two-for-One," "Buy Two, Get One Free," or any "Value Packs" that would have the effect of reducing the per-unit MAP.

Q: Can I sell BlauKe products at discounted prices?
A: If you wish to place products on sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount products more than 15% below the MAP. Permission for special sale events beyond this discount must be requested in writing to BlauKe and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

Returns and Payment

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: For the US: You can pay by credit card via Stripe or Shopify with a 3% merchant charge, or you can pay by ACH, wire, or check.

For UK and EU: You can pay by credit card via Stripe or Shopify with a 3% merchant charge, or you can pay by bank transfer.

Q: What is the wholesale return policy?
A: All wholesale sales are final.

Shipping

Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: For the US: we can ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, as well as LTL shipments for bigger orders. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours if the items being ordered are in stock.

For the UK: We can ship via Royal Mail and UPS, as well as LTL shipments for bigger orders. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours if the items being ordered are in stock.

For the EU: We can ship via DHL, UPS, DPD, as well as LTL shipments for bigger orders. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours if the items being ordered are in stock.

Q: What if I require private labeling for my order?
A: For private labeling, the MOQs are higher and depend on the time of order. Also, production and shipping to your address can take between 2 and 4 months.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to the US, UK, and EU.

Third-Party Marketplaces

Q: Can we sell BlauKe products on third-party marketplaces?
A: We expressly do not allow the resale of our products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Target, Walmart, Wish, etc.
