Care & Cleaning
- Our enamel coating protects the pan’s surface, eliminating the need for seasoning before or after use.
- Preheat on medium to medium-high heat for up to five minutes to ensure even cooking and reduce sticking. Adjust temperatures lower as needed during the cooking process.
- Add a light coating of oil or butter to the pan and heat until shimmering, but not smoking.
- After cooking, let the pan cool completely, then hand wash with warm water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For deeper cleaning, refer to our simple 3-step cleaning guide.
