The Charcuterie Box

When we set out to build a charcuterie pack, we wanted the ultimate in flavor variety. We started with the savory: Classic summer sausage from our own Barron Sausage Co. and Smoked Gouda. We then added the rich and sharp: 8-year-aged cheddar, the Italian-style Fratello, and Parmesan/Gruyere combo Yodel. We topped it off with the sweet: Cherry Lavender Jam from Bushel and Pecks of Beloit, Wisconsin. A perfect assortment for wine and cheese parties or a gourmet gift.

  • Four 6 oz. blocks of Wisconsin cheese (1x each Dill Havarti, Fratello, Smoked Gouda, and Yodel). 
  • One 5 oz. block of Wisconsin reserve cheese (8-year Aged Cheddar).

Shipping Policy

• • We ship using a combination of UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the time of year and shipping address location; UPS is our default carrier.
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Almena, WI.
  • If you can't find an answer to your question, you can contact us by calling 715-226-9124.
  • Regular orders ship in 1-3 business days.
  • Once shipped, most orders with standard (ASAP) shipping arrive within 1-5 business days.
  • Expedited shipping methods are available at checkout (UPS 2nd-Day Air and UPS Overnight where applicable).
  • Orders placed with expedited shipping will not ship same-day if placed after the shipping center closes at 3 pm Central Time, or if we are closed (weekends or major holidays).
  • Please contact us before placing your order if you have concerns about when your cheese will arrive.
  • Our cheeses are safe for long periods in transit under a variety of conditions and temperatures.
  • If temperatures are at or below 60°F in your location, ice packs are not needed; if above 60°F, we ship in an insulated box with ice packs to prevent melting.
  • Orders to locations requiring ice placed after 12 pm CST on Wednesdays will usually ship the following Monday to avoid being stuck over the weekend.
  • Orders to locations under 60°F are shipped Monday-Friday.
  • All orders take 1-3 business days to ship after the order is placed.

• Mindful Packing & Shipping
  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

  *Please note that insulated shipping in the summer and to locations above 60 degrees will alter the appearance of this collection as pictured. Please email talk@cheesebros.com with any questions about how your order will be packaged.

If you receive a damaged/faulty item, or if you are in any way unhappy with our products, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition (New and Unused). Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
